Refund policy

• We will gladly accept any unused, unsealed product with original packing within 7 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
• Please return the goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
• The customer must return the products to our address at his own expense via traceable delivery, e.g., courier or registered post. 
• Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 
• Refund requests will be processed in 14 working days after receiving the return products which is/are passed in inspection.
• All returns should be sent to THE CLYRA BEAUTY | Executive Mall, Office# 34, Ground Floor, Eden Valley 2nd Gate Road, Faisalabad.
